The Omaha National Martial Arts Championship XVII (ONMAC) is almost here! On Saturday, May 3, 2025, competitors from across the region will gather at Millard West High School for an action-packed day of martial arts competition. And for all Omaha Blue Waves Martial Arts members, participation in this event is required as part of your training agreement.
To secure your spot, you must pre-register by April 20, 2025, through the Omaha Blue Waves app or the tournament website. If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible to attend the exclusive free seminars by martial arts legends Ben Thompson and Jason Frymire on May 2!

🛡️ Multiple Competition Divisions – Students can compete in Traditional Forms, Weapons, Creative Forms, Self-Defense, Team Forms, and Light Contact Sparring.
🏆 Grand Champion Opportunities – High-achieving competitors can earn the prestigious Grand Champion title in their division.
🔥 Exclusive Free Seminars (Only for Pre-Registered Students) – On Friday, May 2, ONMAC will host free training sessions with Ben Thompson and Jason Frymire—but only for those who pre-register by April 20!
